Trophy fees and firearm rental are settled directly with the hunting guide in England and handled locally during your stay. The final settlement is based on a closing statement of harvested game and any additional services, which is prepared at the end of the hunt.
Trophy fees and firearm rental must be paid directly to the hunting guide in England prior to departure. At the conclusion of the hunt, a final statement of harvested game is prepared and can be settled either in cash (£GBP) or by bank transfer. By prior arrangement, the bank transfer can also be made after you have returned home.
We offer home transport of trophies from the United Kingdom in cooperation with the freight forwarder Labrador Cargo, who handle all customs documentation, import permits, and veterinary inspections. After Brexit, it is no longer possible to bring trophies home by air or private vehicle, as all trophies must pass through customs and be properly declared. Failure to do so may result in the trophies being confiscated and destroyed.
The cost of trophy transport depends on size and quantity – typically skull and capes are charged separately. Muntjac and Chinese Water Deer trophies are normally shipped home in late summer (August/September).
