Gaspare Spanio Safaris Lodge

Located at the foot of the scenic Koedoesrand Mountains in the heart of Limpopo Province, you will find Gaspare Spanio Safaris Lodge – an exclusive, privately operated safari retreat set in one of Africa’s most renowned hunting regions. Here, classic African atmosphere is combined with comfortable facilities and a personal touch, where there is plenty of time for both hunting, relaxation, and quality time together.

The lodge consists of three thatched chalets (one accommodating four guests and two accommodating two guests each) as well as two en-suite double rooms. In total, the lodge accommodates up to five couples or small family and hunting groups at any one time, ensuring an intimate and exclusive experience. Partners and family members are of course very welcome – the lodge is designed so that everyone can enjoy an authentic African experience together.

Comfort and relaxation in scenic surroundings
The main lodge features an open veranda and dining area overlooking the surrounding valleys. Here, delicious meals are served, and guests can relax with coffee, tea, or a refreshment from the minibar. The swimming pool invites you to cool off after an eventful day in the bush, while evenings are spent around the fire or at the bar, sharing the day’s experiences under the African night sky.

Photo safaris and other recreational activities are also offered for accompanying family members. They may either join the hunting excursions or take part in separate game-viewing tours, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of their stay.

Rooms and chalets
All rooms and chalets are built in a traditional African style with thatched roofs combined with modern comfort. Air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure a pleasant temperature at all times, and beds can be configured as king-size or twin setups with high-quality mattresses to guarantee a good night’s sleep. All rooms include: private bathroom and toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, daily housekeeping, towels, and laundry service.
