If you enjoy challenging hunting then Crianlarich is the place for you. Scotland can offer - and if one of the few hunting destinations to do so - visiting hunters the opportunity of hunting without a guide. It is a really special experience, and for those who take up the challenge, it is the ultimate test of your hunting skills. It is no secret that this type of hunting is difficult, therefore we only recommend it to very experienced hunters
7 days from €1,745
The Crainlarich estate covers some 6,000 ha. and lies to the north of Glasgow. The district is very hilly, which can make hunting very strenuous. Therefore you must be prepared to work hard for your stag.
The package includes 4 1/2 days hunting , from Monday morning until lunch time on Friday. On arrival one of the districts gamekeepers will brief you about the hunting and show you the district.
Obviously we cannot guarantee how successful your hunt will be, but we can promise hunting totally on your own premisses in a beautiful setting.
Last season the vast majority of our hunters managed to shoot at least one stag. However, for one reason or another some hunters are unsuccessful, but these are the conditions and if you are unwilling to accept the chance of returning empty handed, then perhaps you should consider hunting with a guide instead. As we mentioned above we can and will not give any guarantee on the success of the hunt. Hunting skills can differ greatly from one hunter to the next, and DIANA can therefore not accept any claims if the hunt is unsuccessful.
These hunts have had many regular customers, hunters should really value the challenge of “doing it themselves”.
The outfitters require a min. group size of 3 - 4 hunters.
