La Porteñita

The lodge functions as a classic Argentine Estancia, providing a unique hunting experience. An elegant atmosphere awaits those who come to hunt while also desiring a 5-star experience with gourmet meals, delicious Argentine beef, and wine.

The lodge was formerly the home of a wealthy Argentine family and remains a favorite destination for shooters who appreciate the subtle sophistication and abundant hospitality still present. La Porteñita has been welcoming guests since 1996 and has recently been renovated to create a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The main house has six large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and a separate villa offers three additional bedrooms with private bathrooms. The property's many verandas, along with the large swimming pool and sunken lounge area with a fire pit, provide ample space for relaxation.

With doves as far as the eye can see, La Porteñita offers the best year-round hunting experience Cordoba has to offer.

A typical day at La Porteñita:

Each hunter is paired with their own experienced professional bird boy, who will provide shells, act as a loader, retrieve downed birds, and keep cool drinks ready throughout the day.

Shooting continues until noon when the group gathers in a shady grove of trees for a traditional Argentine asado (barbecue), accompanied by salads, gourmet desserts, and fantastic wines.
